Rich Burghgraef has provided wonderful help selling our home and building our new home. He provided much more services and assistance than we have ever experienced with another realtor. For the new build, Rich advocates for the buyer. For example, Rich communicates with the builder and sales associate, following-up on progress toward closure of inspection findings. He even bought us HVAC return filters!Rich’s positivity and professionalism is unmatched. He provides sound pricing advice for the seller and ensures worry-free showings, with excellent illustrated home info for prospective buyers. I would not go to anyone else than Rich Burghgraef to sell or buy a home.
